Goalsetter products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.
The Goalsetter Lifetime Warranty covers any failure of equipment with normal basketball activity for the duration of the original owner that purchased. This includes dunking but not hanging, vandalism, or acts of nature.
Any normal wear and tear caused by weathering or UV exposure is not covered under the Goalsetter warranty. All painted items carry a one year limited warranty on coating.
The Goalsetter Extreme Series X554 Basketball Goal is considered a residential basketball system and is warranted for only residential use. Two year warranty on rim. - Shipping

Standard Curbside Delivery
With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
Lift Gate Service
Lift gate services adds a lift gate to assist in unloading the product from the truck. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.
