  • One piece pole design eliminates joing deterioration common with sectional type posts.
  • The extenions arm on the Legacy is constructed tought 4"x4" square tubing and provides players with a 36" extension distance from post to backboard for added safety.
  • The Legacy arm is attached to the vertical post using U-bolts and is considered a "Fixed-Height" goal. However, the U-bolts can be loosened allowing the arm to be re-attached at any given height along the post.
  • For additional safety, pole padding and backboard padding can be added to any Legacy basketball goal.

    Shipping Information for First Team Legacy Select Basketball Goal

    Standard Curbside Delivery

    With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.

    Lift Gate Service

    Lift gate services adds a lift gate to assist in unloading the product from the truck. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.

    Warranty

    Limited Warranty Information for First Team Legacy Select Basketball Goal

    All First Team products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

    The First Team Lifetime Limited Warranty covers any damage caused by normal basketball activity and normal player contact with the goal. "Normal basketball activity" and "Normal player contact" shall be described as any action that is necessary for participation in the game of basketball. Deliberate hanging on the rim, multiple player hanging, and vandalism are not covered under the Limited Warranty.

    Any normal wear and tear caused by weathering or UV exposure is not covered under any First Team warranty. All painted items carry a one year limited warranty on coating.

    The First Team Legacy Select Basketball Goal is considered an institutional basketball system, and is warranted for both residential and non-residential use.
